10G Compound Semiconductor ICs
Oki offers high-speed 10Gbps Optical Device Drivers, Transimpedance Amplifiers, and Broadband Amplifiers for applications in telecommunications and optical network systems. The 10G Optical Device Drivers are designed to modulate and control Lithium Niobate Modulators, Electro-Absorption Modulated Lasers (EMLs), and Direct Modulated Lasers. The 10G Transimpedance Amplifiers are intended for use in high performance 10G receiver applications. The Broadband Amplifiers are in intended for high-speed applications up to 15 GHz.
