40G Compound Semiconductor ICs
Oki offers 40Gbps broadband distributed amplifiers, in module or die form, with small input/output return loss, high bandwidth, and high gain. The 40G module devices require a single power supply and feature an integrated bias tee for output DC bias control, crossing point control, and gain control. The devices can be used as multi-purpose amplifiers for 40 Gbps optical communication and millimeter wave applications.
