40G Packaged Compound Semiconductors - Broadband Distributed Amplifier Modules
Oki offers 40Gbps broadband distributed amplifier modules with small input/output return loss, high bandwidth, and high gain. The devices require a single power supply and feature an integrated bias tee for output DC bias control, crossing point control, and gain control. The device can be used as a multi-purpose amplifier or 40 Gbps optical communication and millimeter wave applications.
